It's all a game
Money, trust, and who gets called the fool.
If we were not meant to eat animals, why are they made of meat?
In general, any organisation, large or small, is meant to make a profit. That is accepted, because business is official fraud. In this small global village we depend on one another.
The sun spends energy to make light. Plants use the light to make food. The rest of the chain goes on in a circle. The same pattern shows up in the higher levels, including us.
Then comes the last state of evolution: survival.
The human race is the most self-aware, and it is always struggling to stay. We were given a short memory and a large intelligence, and we have used both to help each other and to betray each other. What I mean is this. To live, a man has to earn the money he invented, and that money now runs him. These days cheating is hardly treated as a crime. Being cheated, by ignorance or by blind trust, is treated as the greater one, and everyone is expected to know that. Trusting blindly is an attitude problem, and I will leave it, because it is not the point here. Ignorance is the ridiculous thing we have to avoid. Awareness is the only remedy against being cheated.
